SAZEPI, S.L. is registered in the Commercial Registry for Asturias under Volume 2017, Book 46, Sheet AS-5111, Inscription 10 of March of 2014.
CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS AND USE
Access and/or use of the site www.sazepi.com confers upon those who access it the condition of user, and expresses their full acceptance anf conformance with each and every disposition included in the conditions, warnings and other legal notes contained in these terms and conditions, as well as, with each of the specific conditions that may complement, substitute or modify in any way the services and contents of the web site.
SAZEPI, S.L. reserves the right to update, modify, temporarily cancel, eliminate or restrict the web’s content or settings at any moment, as well as the links, without assuming any responsibility for doing so.
The user and/or client is obliged to use the services and contents according to the current legislation and good faith principles and practices generally admitted, as well as to not harm by means of his actions through the web site public order, and especially to not disparage against any of the fundamental rights and public liberties that are constitutionally acknowledged, and in the rest of the legislation. In application of what is established in Royal Decree 994/1999 which approves the Regulation of Security Measures for Automated Files which contain personal data SAZEPI, S.L. will fulfill the security obligations for the data submitted by clients, striving to establish all the technical measures available to avoid the loss, improper use, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data the client submits through the web site. Notwithstanding the above, the User must be aware that security measures in the Internet are not failsafe.
EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OPERATION OF THE WEB SITE AND OF ITS SERVICES

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions for Use will be governed by the Spanish law. For any matters that may arise with relation to the contents of the web site and with regards to the application and fulfillment of what is established here, SAZEPI, S.L. and the user are submitted to the Courts holding jurisdiction over the user’s address. Should the user’s address be outside the Spanish Territory, SAZEPI, S.L. and the user expressly waive any kind of jurisdictional privileges they may enjoy and submit themselves of the Courts of Asturias, Spain.
